The rooms were small and needed updating. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The lobby area was very nice and the staff was very friendly. This hotel could be great if they didn't put you in the older rooms where it's musty, damp, no window, and feels like mold spores should be sprouting up any minute. As you enter the corridor, you can feel the hallway get hotter and the air stiffer. I'm surprised Wyndham even rents it out. Service from housekeeping (they had to bring us a dehumidifier) and bellhop was great. Service from the front desk was horrible from a few select employees. While they did manage to finally change us out of our room, it took us calling multiple times, going in person several times, and dealing with their bad attitudes you can call as much as you like. We even contemplated calling Wyndham to alert them to the bad service and cleanliness of the room. After we changed rooms, the must was gone. ...read more
